Chocolate Protein Waffles + Peanut Butter Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g Gluten free Self-Raising Flour

  • 1/2 scoop Aussie Bodies Chocolate Perfect Protein

  • 2 egg whites

  • 60mL Chocolate Almond Milk

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 40g No-Fat Natural Yogurt
  • 1TBS Smooth Peanut Butter

  • 1tsp honey (optional, if you prefer a sweeter sauce)

 

METHOD

(Waffles)

  • Combine all dry ingredients separately.

  • Combine all wet ingredients, then mix with the dry.

  • Pour into pre-heated waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes.

 (Peanut Butter Sauce)

  • Heat peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds to soften.

  • Mix with yogurt and stir thoroughly.
