- 400ml chilled rice milk
- 1/3 cup (90g) low fat natural (Greek style) thick yoghurt
- 1 large (about 230g) ripe banana, peeled & chopped
- 2 tablespoons Perfect Protein Vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon (10g) fine rice bran
- 1½ tablespoons (30ml) maple syrup
- Place the rice milk into a blender jug add yoghurt, banana, protein powder, rice bran and maple syrup.
- Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
