Perfect Protein Banana and Maple Syrup Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 400ml chilled rice milk
  • 1/3 cup (90g) low fat natural (Greek style) thick yoghurt
  • 1 large (about 230g) ripe banana, peeled & chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Perfect Protein Vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) fine rice bran
  • 1½ tablespoons (30ml) maple syrup

Method:

  1. Place the rice milk into a blender jug add yoghurt, banana, protein powder, rice bran and maple syrup.
  2. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
